Warmest welcome to Yoga & Somatics by Jess Williams, a sanctuary for your body, mind & spirit.  As a yoga teacher with 22 years of experience, Jess offers classes & coaching that are more than just yoga poses; they are a nurturing experiential space to shift energy, release tension, relax, strengthen, and heal.
